  1. I have forgotten my username. How do I retrieve it?
    • You can sign in using either your email or username.
    • Usually, your username will be in the following format: firstname.lastname
      • So, if your name is Jane Doe, your username will be jane.doe
    • Once you have logged in, select your picture or initials in the upper right corner of the website
    • Select the Settings option
    • Under Your login information, you will find your username
  2. I have forgotten my password. How do I login?
    • Press the Login button in the upper right corner of the website and then select Forgot Details?
    • Enter the email address that you used to sign up to the service
    • You will receive a password reset email. Please follow the instructions contained therein and login using your One-time password.
    • Follow the instructions to change your password
  3. I did not receive an invitation. How do I join the Client portal?
    • Subscription to J.P. Morgan’s Director Advisory Services is by invitation only and the invitation is non-transferable.
    • Please contact your J.P. Morgan relationship banker about joining the service
  4. I would like to use the LinkedIn login function. How do I set it up?
    • When you first register for the service, you will need to use your email/username and your one-time password to complete the registration
    • On any subsequent login attempt, you will you be able to configure the site with your LinkedIn login by selecting the LinkedIn icon and following the instructions.
